Do I need to know anything about cameras?
Not at all. Our camcorders are foolproof — just point, zoom, and press record. Think home movies, but better.
How long do we keep the cameras?
You’ll have them about 5 days before your wedding to get comfy. Just ship them back with the prepackaged label within a couple of days after your big day.
Why the name VHYes!? Is it shot on VHS cameras?
The name is a playful nod to those old-school VHS wedding tapes — the ones your parents probably still have stashed in a box somewhere. But no, we’re not actually shipping you giant VHS cameras from the ’80s.
Instead, we use solid Sony Handycams, circa 2008 — the golden era of home movies. They’re lightweight, easy to use, and give you that nostalgic, lo-fi charm without the hassle of VHS tapes. Think retro vibes with modern convenience.
What do we get back?
A cinematic highlight film, approximately 5-8 mins depending on how much footage is shot, a social-ready 1 minute trailer, plus ALL the raw footage — the good, the bad, and the hilarious.
